Out of the five, The Deal was my favorite by far. And the books range from 305-340 pages long, with relatively short chapters. The Deal is the only one on Kindle Unlimited for whatever reason. The entire series is on Kindle for about $5 or less. I was hooked, and I just wanted something romantic, mindless, and fun! Surprisingly, I didn't get tired of it, and I even read all the books back-to-back in one weekend. I mean the books are pretty predictable anyways.Īs stated before, all the books follow the same plot pattern. There are a few spoilers but nothing really that major. You really wouldn't need to read all of them if you were interested in just one, read the one you are interested in and move on. Katie McGarry has a few YA series that follow this same sort of pattern. I actually really like when authors do this. Garrett and Logan are best friends, so you would know Logan from the first novel. For example, The Deal is Garrett and Hannah's story, and The Mistake is Logan and Grace's story. These are all "stand alone" novels meaning you can read just one in any order, but they take place in the same universe with the same characters. For some background, the order in which the five books were written is below:

It's basically the same plot line/plot sequence throughout all five books. I decided to do one review of the whole series instead of five individual reviews because that would have been so boring and repetitive. It was also on Kindle Unlimited, so that helped make my decision rather easy. And I was looking for something to read, so impulsively I started reading the first book in this series, The Deal. I've read a book by Elle Kennedy before, and I liked it. Hello everyone! Welcome back to Cover to Cover! Today, I want to talk about a series that I have seen time and time again on my Tiktok and Instagram feed.
